Commercial Supply & Inventory SBM Scaffolding Supplies specializes in the sale of used, refurbished, and reconditioned Kwikstage scaffolding systems, components, and related building materials. Due to the nature of refurbished trade materials, structural appearances, cosmetic weathering, or paint finishes may vary between stock batches. All stock is inspected to ensure it meets structural working standards before dispatch. Orders and Pricing We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Delivery and Liability As a delivery-only supplier, our liability for transport ends once the goods have been safely unloaded at your designated delivery site. We are not responsible for any site delays, project overruns, or labor costs incurred due to transport vehicle delays or vehicle access issues. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
